Dear Stephanie: \r This is Coach Mike, Owner and Founder of Win Kids. I'm so very sorry to read about your experience at the salon inside Win Kids. What a sinking feeling I have after reading that your hair appointment experience was terrible and relects so poorly on my entire life's work as a dedicated Coach for children. Even though our primary business is dedicated to serving children in sports and activites, I want you to know that both Aimee and I care very much about the experiences people have here in every part of the building. Every one of the 40+ coaches working here cares immensly about how people are treated here. We care about you and all the children that we serve. I'd like the opportunity to make this right for you by inviting you back to Win Kids for a complimentary service of your choice. Or, we'd be happy to arrange a service at any other Salon in town. If you'd like your children to experience a Semester of Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Swim, Camps or any other program here, we'll make sure you receive the first class treatment we strive to give to every customer that comes through the doors. I'm very sorry about your experience. Please come back and let us take care of this for you. \r \r Sincerely, \r \r Michael Winburn \r (Coach Mike) \r Win Kids Sports and Learning Center \r
