Review content:
The only good thing I can say about the store is there is a HUGE selection of fabrics.
Now the bad thing about it is you have to sort through too much to find anything. Also there is a ""no refund"" policy
that you find out about after paying for your merchandise.
I purchased a bundle of fabric that I thought was fat quarters, get home and find that it was strips of fabric.
After locating my receipt found that there was ""no refunds"". I went back to the store and explained that I
thought the the bundle was fat quarters and the sales lady thought the same. She had to get the owner to
see what she wanted to do. After she spoke with the owner the states ""Its wrote on there"". The clerk and
myself stated ""Its very small"". The writing was so small no one would have know it was there.
At this time the owner comes and gets on the phone instead of helping me so I had to wait til she was through.
When completing her phone call she tells me ""well I can't give you your money back, you want to get something else.""
I told her that was a problem because she should have a sign up stating ""no refunds"" to give people a chose
of weather to spend their money. She told me ""You don't tell me what to do"".
At this point I was through, it seems as if she needed the $42 more than I did. I picked out some
fat quarters to equal what I spent.
I WILL NEVER SHOP THEIR AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO VISIT THIS STORE.
VERY RUDE OWNER!!!!!!
