This store had the best fabrics I've seen in a long time. If you need a fabric that you can not find elsewhere because you did not buy enough, this is your store. However, the woman that was working there when I went in was very rude. She never spoke to me and when I asked her a question she pointed to the other side of the store, never looked at me and shook her head as if I had bothered her. My daughter asked her a question and she got the same treatment. So...the fabric is nice but the service is awful. I was here from Texas and I would have spent money ,but she did not get any money from me. Quilters are happy people and I've never experienced rudeness in a quilt shop before. I loved Franklin though!!
Pros: has discontinued fabrics that are hard to find
Cons: awful service even if you find that special fabric
