Extremely rude receptionist ! I think the hairdresser's name is Orslo. She messed up my hair and she scheduled another appointment to fix it for couple of days later. They said it would be for free. I went there with an appointment couple of days later. They charged me one more time , and they told me before it was for free since it was a correction . She partially fixed it and at the moment I was about to leave the receptionist said it was the regular price and both Orslo and the young skinny receptionist were very rude and agressive . I did not want to argue and eventough they have promised to do it for free I accepted to pay when I told her that they charged me for the bank commission more than usual she threw a quarter at my face. Well, I was never bullied at highscool , probably I had to go to envee for this""bullying"" experience .
