My husband and I took several quality items to Lido and we were deeply disappointed for several reasons. Completely unorganized. Rude. Dishonest . When we called to pick up an item since it hadn't sold, we were told they couldn't find it when we arrived at the store. Then they told us it sold an hour earlier. It took 90 days for us to receive a check for $50.00 for a piece that was originally priced at $250.00. I don't have proof, but I believe Lido issues a check without selling the item, then tries to sell it at a higher price. When I called about an item, I was told in a very rude tone that they can't check on specific items, which I can understand, because they are on the floor helping customers. They are never helping customers, I have been in the store several times and have never had an employee ask me if I needed help. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CONSIGNMENT ITEMS HERE. It may be a place to find a bargain, but I will never use them again.
