Review content:
Summary: not worth the ridiculous wait! My wife and I have eaten at PF Chang's a few times -- it's very convenient when you're going to the movies. The food is OK, but I think there's much better Asian food in Pittsburgh. Recently, you simply can't just walk-in. The wait is 1-2 hours. This weekend, we made reservations a week in advance, since we went to see a movie beforehand. We showed up exactly on time, and were promptly handed a pager. Thinking it would only take a few minutes, we went to a store across the street. After 15-20 minutes, we went back, and the staff still couldn't tell us when we'd be seated. Frankly they were rude. What's the point of reservations if you're not going to honor them? I've *NEVER* been to a restaurant doesn't make every effort to seat people with reservations immediately. And nobody else is rude about it! Within about 10 minutes, we had driven to a better restaurant in Squirrel Hill and were already ordering food. Pros: OK food. Cons: Horrible 1-2 hour wait, Don't honor reservations!
