Honestly, I think that people who write mean reviews simply are cranky, mean people in life. I mean, come on! Read with a grain of salt. These are probably the same people who moan and whine about everything at work, who tell on you if you leave 2 minutes early and who hate everything and are never satisfied. \r
PF Changs is great. It is a warm and friendly atomsphere, it's a beautiful restaurant, the food is fantastic and done well. I have never had a bad experience there and believe me, I've been to lots and lots of different restuarants. PF Changs is always clean, they put the guest first and they pride themselves on service.\r
If you don't want to wait 3 hours, then I suggest you make a reservation. You can't go to a great restaurant and expect to sit immediately. There is a reason that you can sit down right away at some restuarants, hello.\r
So to all the negative nellies, feel free to go find a ""mom and pop"" place the sells you chicken that is grey and discolored, but for those of you who like good food, go try Changs. You will not be disapointed.\r
