Review content:
The food provided at P.F. Chang's is delicious. If you're overwhelmed by all the choices the menu has to offer, I suggest this thing they offer called a ""Limo Ride"". It's where you inform your server of your likes and dislikes, and also any allergies you or your companions may have, and then trust in the server to send out a reasonable amount of food for the table to share. It's amazing! They always send out an appropriate amount and they send the most delicious items! And NO, they do not try and gauge you by sending out the ""expensive"" dishes. The servers and bartenders definately put forth an effort to make sure you're getting things exactly as you want them. I feel they truly care. Many places make you feel like you're an inconvenience to the server, but definately NOT at Chang's! If you don't know much about Asian culture, they're actually knowledgeable. They even admit that they're food has an American twist to chinese cuisine (kinda like the tex-mex places aren't REALLY authentic mexican). So to those of you who feel they're trying to ""fool you"" with their cuisine I hope that now you understand. One personal favorite before I end this; definately stop up at the bar for a cocktail while you wait for your table. We always have a great time with their bartenders!
Pros: service! food!
