Businiess name:  Century Tile & Carpet
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Two years ago, I bought ceramic tile flooring from this Century store for a bathroom renovation. Everything went smoothly.\r \r Now I wanted to buy more of the same tile flooring for my kitchen renovation. Last Friday, I called the store and asked whether the tile was still available. The sales guy said he would have to call the supplier, but he would call me back.\r \r He didn't. I waited until the next day, then called him again. He said, ""Things got busy around here."" Period. No apology. Of course, now that it was Saturday, he wouldn't be able to call the supplier until Monday, but he assured me he would call them and then call me on Monday to let me know whether I could get the same tile.\r \r Monday has come and gone with no phone call from the store. \r \r So I called another store, which was much more helpful--although they couldn't get the information for me because by the time I called them, the supplier's office was closed.\r \r In this economy, is it possible that Century on Diversey is doing so amazingly well that they can afford to ignore a customer? A REPEAT customer? Apparently.\r \r I won't be back.
