Review content:
Brookfield Residences has been the worst renting experience I have ever had. We are a military family that was told that they had the military clause (which they will claim) in their lease, but once deployment orders were issued they refused to release us from the lease under the clause, instead they want to make a deal which involves me loosing my deposit and having to pay for everyday that my apartments is not occupied. Its not only the staffing which is a turn off but the whole facility was made horribly. Things were breaking constantly, and the last few months I resided there my house was crawling with black beatles and when I brought it up to the management, they ignored my comments and did nothing to resolve it.
Cons: Management is horrible
