I've used Creative Moving and Packing twice here in two years, and I have recommended them to a number of people who have been just as happy as I have.
The first time I called them, they were extremely prompt. If they are going to be a little late, they always call and tell me. They usually call to verify that they're coming too. They totally exceeded my expectations.
I have had other movers, and I am usually very dissatisfied with them in various areas. Creative Moving and Packing was extremely friendly and conscientious. I had some extra things that I needed to do and they just jumped in there and did it, which totally took the load off of me. They spent extra days helping me pack up my huge house. The house is 7000 square feet and I was packing it myself and moving, but they ended up staying three or four days to help me pack and move everything on time.
They were just exceptional, and my second move was just as wonderful.
