Review content:
This company is beyond dishonest. Internet is slow or always down. They always try and blame the customer and never themself.
I was told that they were pinging my modem
(their rental unit) and that they were getting a great signal and it must be my computer.
Problem was I already knew they were BS'ing me so I had pulled the power on the modem just to see if they were doing a ""real"" test or just walking through a script that ends with my computer being bad.
So how can they get a ""great signal"" when their box is not even turned on?
These guys do nothing but lie.
Stay far away from them if you can!
