I came across this place and decided to call - the lady that answered said her name was betty and she was a joy to work with. I had an event that needed to be fully vegan catered. I ordered hey patte trays, and many other dishes. I cant describe to you how many people complimented me on the food and I had to give full praise to vnv - Betty you were fantastic and your company is great - you guys are the best vegetarian caterer in ny - definitely ordering from these guys again!
