WATCH OUT TOTAL RIP-OFF!!! Beware of this realtor Georgette Werline she is a total scam artist. I have never meet a realtor so sleaze as this person!!!! Gave her a deposit to buy a house and but when I realized that this was a bad deal for me I tried to cancel the contact she tried to stick me with $860.00 in seller fees. She admitted that the seller was responsible for the fees but because the sellers are fiends of hers she wanted to try and stick me with the seller fees. Then she said it was “customary” for the buyer to pay the sellers fees when cancelling a contract even though the sales contract doesn’t say that.
