We took our business computer there for a virus. They advised that the hard drive was failing. But they couldn't do anything with it, because it was an old system. We went to pick it up and they claimed they didn't have the entire system! Talked to the owner/manager, Kevin; who said they have no record of it. The next day, the tech stated they had the PC. But, hadn't put any name on it - so it was ""just sitting there"". The next day, we went to pick it up. This time, they tried to give us someone elses banged up PC! \r \r But, they now claim they don't have the PC at all. Because they are recently under new management and don't know what PC's the old manager took out of the store when he left! No apologies, no effort to search for our missing PC or contact the previous manager!?? Be sure to see all reviews via other search engines as well (Yahho, MSN, etc.) ** DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!! **
