I have been going to the Cactus Willies buffet in Eastpoint for a little over four years now. There is a man named Fred that frequents the restaurant almost every day. He is constantly going around the restaurant calling people different names. ""ugly, old man, old lady, shut up . Last Tuesday I was there for lunch and he insulted a woman who started to cry. She asked me what his name was and I said Fred. I also told her to go tell the management, which she did. For some reason this place will not make this old man cut out the insults! If it keeps up they will loose all their customers!
