Review content:
Very disappointed!.Because I spoke my mind, they won't take care of my dog. I was kind about it. They never told me in person; when I called to make an appt., I was told they won't take my dog anymore on the phone. I guess they are making a lot of dough and don't need any customers.\r
I am very hurt by how I was treated. Not only did they refuse to take care of my dog, the owner would not come to the phone to talk to me- too busy! I guess she couldn't call me back either...\r
Dog had a few nicks under arms. I was nice about it and ask them to be more careful. Another time the cut was a little short. I told them and asked them next them to make it a little longer. Wouldn't you have spoken up also? We love our dog and don;t want him to be in pain. I was a good customer and tipped each time. Maybe I should have just not said anything and just not gone back and spread the word...
