This is word from a former insider. I've never seen the guy that cooks most of the food (Bryan) wash his hands. He'd go out for a cigarette, then come inside to knead the dough. Once a woman ordered a slice of cheese cake. She came back to the counter and pointed out some mold. I reported that to Bryan. He glanced at the rest of the cheese cake, said, ""I see no mold,"" then put it back on display. They keep ingredients forever; expiration dates don't mean a thing. They also ""cook"" the lasagna by microwaving it inside of styrofoam plastic boxes.
