I felt overall the service was good. I would probably even use it again if needed. If I weren't moving and had a little more spare cash I might have spent the extra to get my scratch fixed right. As it was though the 6 inch scratch in my paint didn't seem like it should take $250 to repair. I loved that the guy came out to the house and I didn't loose my truck for a couple days. In this consumers experience however, services that come to your home are generally under $100(i.e. pizza delivery, carpet cleaners, maid service, lawn maintenance). Before the guy came to give me a quote I figured this small scratch would cost about $60 to repair perfectly. I was dissappointed to find that $60 would only by a quick, less-than-perfect fix. Still the technician was friendly and things cost what they cost...I just thought I would give you my perspective on the matter.
