Dan Anderson is professional and punctual.
Dan repaired paint chips on two of our motorcycles. One is excellent. The other bike, Dan tried several times, but could not get a good color match based on the color paint code I had given him. Dan was not satisfied with the final result and insisted on refunding my money. which he did.
After further research, I found that I had given Dan the wrong paint code information. If I had armed Dan with the right code, he would have gotten the results we wanted the first time! Sorry Dan, my mistake!!
Would I use New Look again. Absolutely!!
