Review content:
My experience with the gym was fine, but I ran in to problems when I needed to terminate my agreement. When I initially signed up I was told if I moved further than 15 miles from a gym ( I was moving several hundred miles away)I would be able to terminate my agreement within 30 days as long as I had proof with my new address. At first everything went fine until we talked about next months billing. When I signed up I had to pay for first and last month, therefore next month should have been covered. No, according to them my last month will be Oct. 2012! This of course is ridiculous but more importantly unethical. They clearly were less than honest when explaining their termination policy. Makes me wonder what other things they were less than honest about. I liked the gym but would never join again, since I don't want to deal with people I can't trust.
