I had a major emergency at my home, with raw sewerage backing up into my shower & toilet. Multiple technicians from a different company were not getting the job done & not even arriving with the equipment I'd asked for. On advice from the City of Gloucester's Dept of Public Works, I called Brad Robertson at All Seasons Septic System Services. I left voice messages on his two phone lines explaining the dire situation. He returned my call within 2 minutes and said he'd be at my home in 30 minutes. He actually arrived sooner than that, bringing the truck & equipment we needed that the other company failed to provide not once, but twice. In less than 2 hours, he vacuumed out a portion of the line allowing me to use my toilet again, he located the blockage using a beacon, and marked the spot where we needed to begin digging. He explained everything to me in detail and then called another company to arrange excavation & pipe replacement. He also contacted Dig-Safe to arrange for the utilities to come out and mark unsafe dig areas. He assured me the problem would be completely resolved in a specific amount of time, and he delivered. Though he wasn't here when the job was finished up, he was responsible for making sure it was done right and quickly. I can't thank him enough for all of his help during a very trying time. I highly recommend Brad Robertson and All Seasons Septic System Services.
