I was coming from out of state and was looking for a new OB thought I found a good place to go went through all the trouble getting my med records sent , I spoke to a really nice lady and she really listened to me but when i called back to make my appt and when I called she yelled at me saying she had my records then when I went to make my appt she was very rude to me , because I didn't have a calender in front of me and due to me moving everything was packed and I told her I needed the first thursday of the month but this was to confussing to her so she got rude and told me she cant do it , so I said I will come get my med records and she said fine then so when I get there to get them she just hands them to me with out asking my info , I could have been a complete stranger off the streets , I just couldn't believe it! \r

WIth all the dr's I have delt with they have always asked for my information before I got my med records and I believe this is a law! \r
Pros: Depends on who you talk to!!!!!
Cons: Office Manager was rude
