I was having some dental pain one day so i called the westmorland dental office to make an appointment for the next day which was my payday.The receptionist told me that if I was in pain I should come on in because they had a no-show.I told her that I did not have insurance and would be paying cash and that I got paid the next day so she she could take a check if I had one which I didnt but I asked her if I could get one from my boyfriend and she told me that was fine so I did and when I got paid the next day I gave him the money.So,a few days later I was out of antibiotics and still in pain so I called to let the dentist know and just as the receptionist answered the phone my 2 year old started screaming the loudest ear piercing scream so I panicked and hung up.Immediately the receptionist calls back very angry and wanted to know why I hung up on her and I explained but she was still so angry and rude that I didnt even ask for the antibiotics until a few days later and she was nice and noticed that there was a mistake and got me the rest of the antibiotics.A few days later I arrive at work to find 3 cops waiting for me.They all sat around me questioning why I gave a worthless check and I was speechless.Now,Im out twice the money that it actually cost in the first place,plus I have to go to court over all this.I asked the officers why the receptionist didnt just call me and they said that she said I gave her wrong phone numbers for home and work which is absolutely false.If that were the case why would I even reveal my place of work?VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
