Review content:
Nothing but problems from day one with this company. After a very long process of complaints and trying to get something as simple as a billing issue resolved they decide not to renew our policy. Of course this was after the phone calls stopped being returned. I would warn everyone that these people did not care about our interests and I can not see how they will care about yours. People are only as good as what they do when confronted with a problem, it is easy to smile and take your money, but wait until you need something...thank god we did not have a claim, can not imagine how poorly they would have been.
