First impressions are everything. It should have been a red flag when he answered the phone by saying hello. I had to ask him who I was calling. The customer service is VERY non-professional. You do not want this company to do anything to your landscaping or sprinkler system. He quoted me a price but failed to mention the $75 dollar hourly service fee. When I called and asked him about it he told me he tells everyone about it.I have a very good memory and I KNOW HE DID NOT TELL ME THIS. The price he quoted me for the parts was even wrong. When I told him I had no idea about that service fee he told me he has all calls recorded, but when I asked to hear it he told me to pay what I thought was fair. \r

I have tenants in my house that want to know when someone is going to show up at the house. I had to call him many times to get a date and time as to when he would be there, however he did not show up when he said he would. This happened more then one time. I don't think this company has any idea how to keep a schedule. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, EVEN SOMEONE I DON'T LIKE. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. ANYONE ELSE.
