Review content:
The Fairview Terrace Apartments are under new ownership since August 1, 2011 and new management since 10/2010. The Fairview Terrace Aparments have taken on a whole new look and feel. The exterior yard enclosures are all repaired and newly painted. The landscaping has been upgraded and is professionally maintained. The 650 square foot 2 bedroom 1 bath units are new on the inside. The water, sewer and garbage are paid by the owner. There is an on-site laundry room price cheaper than the laundry mats. There is a responsive on-site manager to take care of maintenance needs. The community of tenants is friendly and it is now a ""safe community"". The management company, Moller Realty Group (530-824-4644), is also very responsive and helpful.
