""THIS is the way car buying should be""! I'd like to say that I am no different than most of the population when it comes to car buying so needless to say, I was very hesitant to walk into yet another dealership.To my surprise and delight Hackensack Nissan made my new car purchase so pleasurable and easy that I had to tell the world. Alex Edouard, our salesman and Shaliek Hicks , the internet sales rep were on the top of their game in relieving my nerves and keeping a smile on my face the entire time I was there. Alex is a STAR and the exact opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. Pleasant, friendly and down-to-earth, he explained everything in layman's terms and talked to me, not at me. Shaliek was one of the nicest people i've ever met. Shaliek was actually the first person we dealt with before even stepping foot into the dealership. His professionalism and great attitude was what brought us to actually walking in the door. This team is OUTSTANDING!! I am normally not one to write reviews and actually this is my first Google review ever but I just had to say something about this place. I have already recommended this place to a few friends and family members. If you are looking for a place that will treat you like a person and not try to grease you with all the slick sales pitches, Hackensack Nissan is the place to go!
