This AT&T store is the worst that I have ever seen. The manager Tiffy ( a lady with big space between her front teeth) is extremely arrogant and incompetent. I ordered a Iphone 3Gs from them. All I got were lies and false sales. At first they told me it would take 2 days if I paid in advaned. When I went back in 2 days, they claimed they never said that. it took over 6 days. They just wanted me to purchase and make commission. My phone went dead in 2 days. When I brought it back, this Tiffy told me that it would take 30 days to replace it. Finally, she was willing to order another for me and would take 5 - 7 days without a loaner phone. When I told her that I was extremely unhappy with the service and phone, she even scorned me ""you are such an intelligent professor'. I have never seen such an arrogant and unprofessional ""manager"". I am switching back to Sprint. What eve you do, don't go there. Pros: nothing Cons: horrible manager and lies
