I would rate her pretty neutral because of an experience I had. I called her one day describing some symptoms I had and she told me to go to the emergency room immediately. It turns out she was right in refering me there because I found out I had a miscarraige (I wasn't aware I was pregnant, so it wasn't her fault I miscarried). The hospital told me to follow up with her a few days later, my appointment was already made. A day prior to my appointment she called me and asked if I was feeling better and what was I still experiencing. I told her and she said there is no reason for me to come into the office then. I explained to her I was advised to go by the hospital as a follow up; make sure I had no infection, make sure my bleeding was normal, blood test to make sure the pregnancy hormone receeded, etc. She said if I was feeling better there was no need to come to the office and quickly hung up the phone. I was shocked and suprised, because during my regular check ups she is always so nice, caring, thourough and patient. She will answer any questions without making you feel rushed. I don't know what happened there.
