After having to call an AC repair person out 4-5 times in the past 3-4 months who barely looked at our system to figure out why it has repeatedly gone out, we called Frost Brothers based on a friend's strong recommendation. While everyone else (including the folks who originally installed our unit two years ago, but who never have time to come fix it) told us we'd need to suffer through the 105 degree temps for another 12-15 hours before someone would be out, Frost sent someone out in a couple of hours despite being extremely busy (we called around 9 pm and a technician was here at 11 pm). Ron came out and found a number of issues that the others had missed -- fundamental issues that are the reason the system keeps going out. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I'm not sure why the other guys kept missing these issues, but it's clear that they weren't interested in solving our long-term problems with our system and didn't care if we had to pay them to keep coming back. Frost is different and we highly recommend them. They were also cheaper than other AC repair service companies we've used in the past. We're definitely staying with them in the future!
