Let's face it, a placement firm's client is not the job seeker, but the company that pays their fee. I'm the VP of Human Resources for a local Fortune 500 company and have nothing but good things to say about the Hadden Group. While I've seen firms come and go over the years, this one seems to have weathered the storm. I think they've been in business 15+ years. I've used them for many placements at very different levels within the companies I've steered. My guess is that many of these negative comments are coming from people they did not place and not from their company client like me...oh well. I don't know of a single firm that has more local contacts than them.
