I have been using the Hadden Group since they were founded -- We have used Carolyne Hadden for our recruitment efforts for 20 years (even before she founded the Hadden Group) and many of those hires are still with our company. She, and her employees, took the time to know what our company was about, our culture and what kind of employees we wanted and most of those employees are still with us! A new hire isn't just about our company, but also about the new employee -- and Carolyne makes that a priority so the hire is successful for both employee and employer. We are more than pleased with Carolyne's services and professionalism and friendship over the last 20 years and are looking to continued success with her.
