I have really liked this salon. Everyone looks great leaving-the best color I've had in years.\r
I have noticed the high turnover. The owner seems nice, especially to her own clients. Most of the time I was there she was demanding of the other stylists and I didn't appreciate having to listen to her order people and yell to the back for someone-it just made the atmosphere not as fun. She just has a strong personality, but that probably contributes to the great salon that it is. I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking.
Pros: great customer service, very polite receptionist, not intimidating in the least
Cons: high turnover-you kind of wonder why?
