Review content:
Avoid West Side Mimi storage at all costs. Not because of the facility but because of the manager Judy. She is an overbearing RUDE person. I would have went anywhere else if I could have at the time and plan to move my things out ASAP into another storage place. I called and asked about pricing and availability and she said yes she had the unit I wanted so I went over and looked and opted to get it , she then said she had to call other people and see if they wanted it first . I work nights so I was tired and left while she did that . When I called back the next day she all of a sudden didn't have anything available, which was a lie because she rented the unit to me when she was pressed about it .When I had originally called , months before that for info, I specifically asked her not to call me back because I work nights and she called me repeatedly and woke me up , this was after I only asked about the pricing on the unit and told her this plainly. It was like a telemarketer calling . She constantly complained about her employers being too stingy to heat and cool her office the whole time I was there , told me I had to change her rating report that I filled out for her employer to rate her on and in general was very rude and unprofessional. She then called me a b**ch to another customer and shared my personal info with other people. Go there and regret it!
