I turned a few of my non paying customers to them a couple of months ago, one of the accounts I had no idea where the customer even lived or how to contact anymore and they found him and got him to pay. They've collected all but one and that guy declared bankruptcy. They were recommended to me by a fellow business owner who was really pleased with their services. When I signed up with them I thought their offices were rather small and unimpressive and it wasn't what I pictured when I talked to them on the phone, but in the end they pretty much got the job done in a timely manner. I hope I don't have to use their services anytime soon, but if I need a collection agency again I'll definitely go with these guys.
