I will advise everyone to stay away from this Manufacturer! They charged me a fortune for a Silestone counter top.. The piece seemed to be broken and glued so professionally and polished over that I did not notice it first. (Although their factory says it is stress crack) when I saw the defect and called them they were fully paid already. For 10 months they had me running after them to get this resolved. They basically were playing to get the statute of limitation expire.. I did file the complaint but cannot serve them because they hide..All three in the front end management. Their license got suspended and they started the business with a new license and now claim that the business which got the money from me does not exist anymore and hence they are not responsible for the damages. they act as since the business name has changed they do not exist neither - professional merits, ethics and business behavior of these people disgusts... their top manage told me on the phone "" how do I know that you did not jump up and down on the counter to cause the crack and break!!!!"" with that I leave it to the reader.
