Terrible paint jobs, substandard customer service. Promised 4 days, end up took one week to finish the lousy job for rear bumper and two passenger doors repairs and painting.\r ***Terrible painting job on rear bumper, uneven, over-spray on rear bumper, Ken Taw(owner), agree with the defect painting job was due to imperfection sanding process prior to basecoat painting but request additional $200 to re-finish and re-painting the rear bumper.\r *** Un-smooth surface/painting on both door handles after painting job performed, after complained, Ken wanted me to use robbing compound and wax the fix the problem myself. \r ***over spray on both door handle lights, after complained, Ken uses his nail to remove the paint on top of both door handle lights. Such unprofessional work.\r ***Passenger side front wheel robbed, curb damaged 2/3 rim edge while car in the shop. Cons: Terrible painting job.
