I rarely see the point in writing negative reviews but in the hopes of helping some unsuspecting customer who needs something upholstered in Albuquerque, I am writing this review. This shop's hours worked great for me and the fact that it is open on Saturday and the owner seems like a genuinely nice guy added 1 star to this review. I brought in a large ottoman to be reupholstered and asked that it be done in the same manner as the original manufacturing - loose and overstuffed. I also needed a wheel repaired. Approximately $400 later, I received back a very tailored, uncomfortable looking ottoman with the fabric wrapped very tight over the frame (this eventually led to some threads coming loose). By the time I got it home, the ""repaired"" wheel had fallen off. After several attempts to discuss the problems with the owner and never hearing back, I finally gave up. I now look at the very expensive ottoman in my bedroom and think about how much easier it would have been just to buy a new one.
