WATCH OUT !!!!! I Invested in this Co. twenty five years ago and still can't get my Monies back(probably be dead before I get it). Returns not good. Twenty five years trying to get a dividend return and monnies back. I believe Investments in this company are designed to benifit General partners/ Management/ and corperation. Looks like another Co where the investers get the shaft. It appears to me they take all the profits. My investment was sold out over two years ago and I still can not get distribution. Nothing but excuses from Realmark. I have had other partnerships and Investment of this nature and never has it taken two years plus to get distribution. May have to go to the State of New York or get an attorney to get what little is left of my investment I strongly advise STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Cons: Bad returns on investment. Can Not get final distribution on Investment close out May have to engage an attorny to get my due monies.
