Review content:
I went to wheel king fresno on blackstone to have 4 rims and tires mounted/balanced. This simple task turned into a nightmare. I didn't notice these problems until I was home. One of the guys working on my truck tried to wedge one of the greasy old tires in my back seat! Not only that, I have a leather interior, they didn't put a single peice of plastic down to protect the interior!!! I guess he then decided to put them in the pick up bed, but wait, he puts the rims face down and piles the tires on top! The grease on the back seat was everywhere, the head rests, seat bottoms, side of the driver seat/head rest, and the steering wheel. And it get worse, on the drive home I was feeling the constant vibration in the seat of my pants. I knew right away they didn't even balance the tires! Who mounts tires without balancing them? Once I was home I got out of the truck to look at the wheel weights, and sure enough the painted OEM wheel weights were still in place! After that something told me to check to lug nuts, I couldn't believe it, the left rear lug nuts were ALL loss! I ended up taking my truck to have the tire balanced at Midas to be told that all of the tire were out of balance by more than 2oz's! I have to say I've owned 13 cars that have had plenty of service done at many various places and this was easily the worse expierience of my life! I will never, ever, ever, go back to wheel king nor would I recommend their service to anyone but my enemies! Pros: NONE! Cons: Everything
