Businiess name:  Pristine Detailing

Review content:
I took my husband's SUV to get detailed for his birthday and was excited to make everything look nice. When I got the SUV back, I counted eight items that they missed-- very obvious items just looking around the vehicle. Andy (owner) said that I must be overly critical, although from past experience, other 'detailers' have been very detail-oriented-- hence the name!. They damaged a Microsoft logo on the console and Andy told me he could pop it off and replace it, however the Ford dealership said I'd have to replace the entire console. The dealership told me that harsh chemicals had been used to clean the car, even though Andy said they didn't use any chemicals. And, Andy wanted paid in cash for everything. The location is a tiny garage in a larger warehouse area-- I should have driven away when I first saw it. Now, instead of a good memory for my husband's birthday, I feel like a jerk.
