Last week, I came in with a SEVERE case of posion ivy. From the moment I called and the office manager was able to squeeze me in that morning, to the moment I left, not only was I treated with the right medical care, but most importantly, I was treated with kindness, sympathy and concern. \r

Nowadays, it is rare to get that kind of care.\r

It may not seem like much, but taking just the few extra minutes to answer my questions and not rushing me out the door, made all the difference in the world. \r
