I've never had a Landlord send me a birthday card before I lived here. The communication is great. They have a flower program and you even get the flowers and mulch from them for free!!! Then you get $20 off you rent just for planting the flowers around your patio. She always remembers my kids birthdays and gives them a little treat. We had an easter egg hunt last spring, a bonfire for halloween, a christmas decorating contest and she just goes around and passes out little gifts on our doorstop for no reason. \r

The managers and maintenance here is so nice and always on top of anything we need. I highly recommend Baltimore Court Apartments, it's small town but still close to all the big cities for people who have to drive.
Pros: The managers live here so they are always if something breaks on the weekend. And it's nice and quiet and we feel safe!
Cons: The 1 bedroom apartments don't have a washer/dryer hookup and you have to go up the street to do laundry, but it's not a far drive.
