I visited the store in the end of March, 07 and was given a quote along with the sample board of BR-111 Triangulo engineered 3/8?x3?? Prefinished. I placed an order over the phone. I read the name of the material and the sizes of the sample board I had. I have not received an invoice for the material. The salesman (Jason) reassured me again that I will have resending capabilities, that material is ?Select? grade and refundable, if I find defects in it and I will be able to return all the full boxes, if I will have any left. The delivery time frame I was given was 1week. Material arrived 2 weeks. When I received the material I found out that the material delivered was NOT what I had ordered. It is a flooring material of inferior quality and warranty. It was BR-111 Engineered 5/16? Prefinished. It is thinner, has no refinishing capabilities, and a shorter, 14 year residential warranty. Georgia Flooring outlet is not willing to provide me with the floor I have got a quote for and a sample board. They also are not willing to take the material back.
