BEWARE: Your life may be at risk here. My elderly mother made an uniformed decision to try HAmlet for a few weeks of Rehab.after care recently. She suffered a heart attack in Nov 06 and after release from local hosp. was eligible for Rehab, skilled nursing care under Medicare. THis place ia horrid. Staff was undereducated, to say the least. They have patients on a ""shower schedule"" of 2x a wk. This is unaccaeptable. My mom was not offered a hospital gown or even a carafe of water her first nite. Had to sleep in street clothes. Her meds were not made availablr until 28 hrs after admission( unaccaptable)\r The room itself, which they left here in was noisy and dirty. WE requested a room change the next day\r and this time she had to share an adjoining bathroom with a male patient. She could deal with that, but there was n NO TOILET PAPER, NO KLEENEX, NO WASHCLOTH, NO HAND TOWEL.. After 5 days of the most reprehensible treatment, or lack of treatment, some ignorant Indian house docter released to her to home care after our constant insistence. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. YOUR ELDERLY\r PARENTS/PATIENTS WILL GET BETTER TREATMENT IN A DOG KENNEL.
