I agree with rajordan. The negative review is very inaccurate based on my experiences. My family has been going to Dr. Simon and her staff for years! If you simply ask, they will tell you the prices for anything (including what your insurance will pay). I have never had them be anything less than forward about expenses.
The office is clean and modern and the staff is very efficient and kind. Dr. Simon is talented and very picky about her work. She will not let you leave until you are 100% happy with your teeth. She has even sent false teeth and dental devices back to the dental lab multiple times when they weren't just so. While I recommend calling a few weeks in advance for cleanings, the staff are very easy to talk to and will work with your schedule.
I should also add that the staff is very kind on a human level. I recently got into veterinary medical school and the entire office was beyond ecstatic for me. They are more like a family than a doctor, which is exactly what I want.
I should also add that if an emergency arises that is beyond the scope of her excellent care, Dr. Simon is able to refer you to wonderful dental surgeons in the area. I could never be as happy with any other dentist's office. If you need a new dentist, go to this place.
