I've lived in apartments all over Ohio, and can honestly say that Sterling PLace is the best community I have every experienced. The grounds are beautiful, when things need fixed they are done promptly. The buildings are freshly painted and look so nice and neat all the time. I have never made a request to the office staff that was not answered right away, or dealt with in a courteous and professional manner.\r

My neighbors are so pleasant and it's very quiet here. Unlike the last place I lived, the office holds nice social events for the residents from time to time. I have met neighbors who say they will live here forever, because Sterling place is as pleasant as owning a home minus all the headache. I must admit that I completely agree, and would consider strongly an offer to buy my place as a condo!\r

Great office staff & maintenance! Beautiful from the inside out! Convenient to everything! Great neighbors! What else could you possibly want in an apartment?
