I used to go to Maksou for years. The reason I don't go there now is because I've moved out of state. I was very happy with my haircuts (and occasional color & highlight treatments) from Tony Madi. He was attentive, always listened to me, and offered suggestions when I asked for them. The staff at the front desk seemed to change a lot, but they were not rude, as some other reviewers here have said. I also got my brows done here by Rene. Unfortunately, she's not there anymore. As for the pricing, well, it's the price I would expect to pay in any major city. I wouldn't have kept going back for years if I wasn't happy with them. All in all, a very positive experience at Maksou!
