Review content:
One of the worst haircuts I ever got (from owner) last summer. My hair looked like a long shag with uneven layering in the back and on the sides. This cut took over 1 year to straighten out. Also, I was pressured into getting a blonde toner over my blonde highlights (from another salon). My hair came out brown instead. When I told the colorist my hair was now brown and it was supposed to be more blonde, she (with an attitude) insisted that I was wrong and it was not brown! It's infuriating when professionals don't own up to their mistakes. So after paying over $150 for a bad haircut and a brown toner that I never asked for, I wound up going to another salon 2 weeks later to get a corrective haircut (the 1st of several) and corrective toner. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.
